How
Does
the building process Work?

Panelized homes are built as components in the factory as floor panels, wall panels and roof trusses. Specialized laser guided equipment is used to build the components in an exact and professional manner in a quality controlled environment.

The components are transported to the job site

where they are assembled on the foundation by an erection crew using a crane. Depending on the size and style of the home the crew generally completes all of the framing in 2-5 days, minimizing weather damage and site theft.

At the right time, roofing, siding and exterior trim materials to compete the exterior are delivered to the building site. Upon completion by the erection crew, the home has shingles and siding installed and the exterior completed. On the inside of the home plumbers, electricians, heating contractor and drywall technicians are scheduled to complete their work.
The remainder of the interior completion materials, including cabinets, countertops, flooring, doors trim and hardware are then installed.

The home is now ready for you to move in!
